Great job! I really love this picture; the exposure is nice, i adore the grainy feel which i don't normally see with water shots. It makes it somehow dirty feeling even though the shot is in clean water with a graceful subject. The picture's subject is interesting and brings out emotional qualities.

I think if i were to change something in this photo, it would be the positioning of the subject in the frame. For some reason i want to be able to see more of whats going on to the left of the picture and its cut off, and there seems to be a bit of emptiness on the right side. It could just be me of course who is feeling that way.
Other than that everything is tip-top!
